Running, Working out in the Gym, any type of exercise keeps me sane and happy. I run the CRAZY off! If I ever need a pick-me-up or something to make me feel better, I do a physical activity which tends to be running. Feeling good about ourselves stems from taking care of ourselves....mind, body and soul
Experimenting with Blogger today because I'll have to teach this to my freshmen in two weeks! I don't really know what to do with all this blogging stuff yet but together.....
